Surface Cleaning is ideal for regular maintenance of your space. This service includes:
- General Tidying Up: Making of all beds and organizing items to create a clutter-free environment.
- Dusting and Wiping Surfaces: All surfaces including shelves, tables, and countertops.
- Vacuuming and Sweeping: Floors are vacuumed or swept to remove dirt and debris.
- Mopping: Hard floors are mopped for a polished finish.
- Kitchen Cleaning: Wiping down countertops, cleaning sinks, and exterior of appliances.
- Bathroom Cleaning: Sanitizing toilets and cleaning of sinks, tubs, and mirrors.
- Trash Removal: Emptying trash bins throughout your home or office.
Pricing is based on size of space and how often its professionally cleaned. 1500 SF areas average $150 to $185 with up to 20% discounts given to scheduled recurring cleanings and new customer referrals.
Deep + Sanitizing Cleaning
This includes everything in Surface Cleaning plus Sanitization of all kitchen and bath common touch areas, countertops and doorway entrances. Customers may add on any of the following per room :
- Wall Baseboard & Trim Cleaning: Dry wipe down of all walls and ceiling trims and washing of baseboards with spot and stain removal where possible.
- Window Cleaning: Washing interior windows and window sills.
- Appliance Deep Cleaning: Inside cleaning of one or all ovens, microwaves, and refrigerators.
- Kitchen or Bath Cabinet Inside and out cleaning and wipe down
- Bathroom Tile Scrubbing: Deep scrubbing of tile and grout to remove mold and mildew for a spotless finish.
- Ceiling Fan and Light Fixture Dusting: Cleaning ceiling fans and fixtures to eliminate dust buildup.
- Carpet Shampooing
- Laundry of Bed Sheets
- Laundry of Towels
- Dish Cleaning
- Garage or Porch Sweeping
- Space Organization
Pricing starts at approximately $295 for 1500 SF areas plus $45 to $50 for each additional add on item (per room) from above.
Move In/Out Cleaning
This service ensures that your new space is spotless or that your old space is left in pristine condition. This service includes:
- Post-Construction Cleaning: Removing dust and debris left from renovations or repairs.
- Sanitizing of all kitchen and bath common touch areas, countertops and doorway entrances.
- Complete Kitchen Cleaning: Inside and outside of cabinets, countertops, sinks, and appliances.
- Thorough Bathroom Cleaning: Deep cleaning of all bathroom fixtures, including tubs, showers, toilets, and vanities.
- Full Home Dusting: Dusting all surfaces, including ledges, shelves, and blinds.
- Floor Cleaning: Vacuuming and mopping all floors, ensuring every corner is clean.
- Window and Door Cleaning: Cleaning all windows and doors, including frames and handles.
- Wall Washing: Dry wipe down of all walls from ceiling to floor, and spot or stain removal where possible.
- Baseboard and Trim Cleaning: Dusting and wiping down baseboards and trim.
- Closet Cleaning: Wiping down shelves and organizing spaces for a fresh start.
Pricing starts at approximately $485 for 1500 SF spaces.
Additional items may be added onto this package for home buyers wanting greater levels of cleaning that include carpet shampooing, toilet seat or toilet replacements, filter replacements for HVAC and or cleaning appliances.
